Spinach Casserole Or Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) cartons cottage cheese (small curd)
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 eggs
    1/2 lb. soft cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Let spinach thaw and drain.
    Squeeze out all liquid. Thoroughly mix flour, cottage cheese, spinach and melted butter. Add diced cheese, then slightly beaten eggs.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
