Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chunks, cut in desired pieces
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/2 can mushrooms
    potatoes
    peas (optional)
Preparation
    Layer or place all ingredients in a casserole.
    Bake, covered, three hours at 350\u00b0.
    During the last 15 minutes, you may add peas.
    The last few minutes, thicken with flour and water.
    Serves at least 6.
