Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chicken mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. sliced, cooked zucchini
1 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

In 2-quart shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch), combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.
Toss stuffing mix with butter and spoon over vegetable mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
Makes 6 cups.
