Firehouse Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper(use cautiously)
    2 1 lb. cans whole tomatoes
    3 small cans dark red kidney beans
Preparation
    In a large saucepan saute beef, onion, green pepper, salt, black pepper and cayenne in 1 tbsp. butter until browned.
    Add tomatoes and kidney beans and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Great served with warm breadsticks or garlic bread.
