Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes, boiled with skins on
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3 slices bread, cubed
    dash of garlic
    dash of salt
    dash of paprika
    dash of Parmesan cheese
    1 onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cube potatoes and place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Cover with sliced cheese, sprinkle chopped onion over cheese.
    Mix butter and bread cubes together and place over onion.
    Sprinkle with parsley, paprika, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
