Corn Meal Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Corn Meal Mix
    1 c. nonfat milk
    4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
    2 tsp. oil (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well with a wire whisk.
    Fry in a lightly oiled waffle iron.
