Bourbon Wieners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 c. catsup
    3/4 c. bourbon
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 lb. wieners
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter.
    Add catsup, brown sugar and bourbon. Cut wieners on the bias into bite-size pieces.
    Add to sauce. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour or until sauce begins to glaze, stirring occasionally.
    If sauce gets too thick, add more bourbon.
