Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shell pasta
    2 c. broccoli flowers
    1 c. cauliflower flowers
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, chopped
    1 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2/3 c. Italian salad dressing
    1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
    1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Cook pasta; rinse with cold water.
    In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.
    Toss with Italian dressing. Cover and chill several hours. At serving time, toss with tomato and avocado.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
