Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. blackberries
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    baking powder dough biscuits
Preparation
    Wash fruit and measure into a shallow baking dish.
    Combine the tapioca, sugar, salt and spices.
    Stir in blackberries and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Dot top with butter.
    Roll biscuit dough to thickness of 1/4-inch.
    Prick and arrange over top of fruit mixture.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until well browned.
    Serves 6
    to 8.
