German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    celery (optional)
    salt and pepper (if needed)
    2 hard-boiled eggs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Fry bacon (diced) until crisp and leave enough grease in skillet to mix flour, vinegar, sugar, mustard and water.
    Cook until thick and add sliced, cooked potatoes, onion and green pepper.
    Stir.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Decorate with sliced, hard-boiled eggs.
