Honey Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. honey
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and honey.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to honey mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Add vanilla, nuts and apples.
Mix gently and pour into a lightly greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
