Baked Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sliced peaches, drained
1 large can pear halves or slices, drained
1 large can apricots, drained
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Save some of the juice from the fruit.
Melt the stick of butter in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Pour a little pineapple juice over butter and the sugar.
Mix.
Add all the fruit. Put crushed crackers over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until syrupy. Cherries are optional.
