Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 lb. cooked hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of black pepper
Preparation

Place half the potatoes in bottom of greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover with hamburger.
Add remaining potatoes.
Combine soup, milk, onion and green pepper.
Mix well.
Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
