Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini, sliced thinly (don't peel)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Butter sides and bottom of 8 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Spread green chiles on sides and bottom of pan.
    Alternate layers of zucchini, diced onion and cheese.
    Beat 2 eggs lightly; add milk and Bisquick.
    Mix well and pour over top of casserole.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until squash is tender in 325\u00b0 oven.
