Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
    salt and pepper
    lemon juice
    1 lb. medium to large shrimp in shell
Preparation
    Melt butter
    in skillet with lid.
    Add remaining ingredients, including shrimp in shells.
    Toss well.
    Set aside for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Place over medium heat.
    Stir and cover. Cook
    for
    5
    minutes.
    Shrimp
    should
    turn pink. Serve immediately over rice.
    Serves 4.
