Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    5/8 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Milnot or half and half
    4 tsp. vanilla
    whole milk (enough to fill gal. freezer)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and salt with electric mixer until eggs begin to turn light in color.
    Slowly add sugar and continue beating for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Blend in Milnot and vanilla, pour mixture into gallon freezer and fill with whole milk.
