Brown Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat (pork chops, chicken or steak), fried
    2 Tbsp. of grease with meat drippings
    1 small onion, cut up
    about 2 Tbsp. flour
    water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry your meat.
    Drain your grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons of grease in pan with your meat drippings.
    Cut up a small onion and brown.
    Then, put in flour and brown.
    Add water to desired thickness.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
