Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (4 oz. serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine 1st 5 ingredients.
    Add together beaten eggs, cooking oil, vanilla, and buttermilk.
    Mix with dry ingredients and stir in blueberries.
    Makes 18 muffins.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Oven temperature may vary.
