Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each egg is added. Add alternately flour and milk. Mix well. Stir in extract. Mix until blended. Stir in coconut. Pour into a greased and floured pan. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 75 to 90 minutes.
