Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water (add more as needed)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    1 1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a rolling boil and stir in grits. Cook at high heat for about 3 minutes and add a stick or less of butter as desired.
    Cut heat and stir in about 1 1/2 cups cheese, more if desired.
    Cook on very low heat until well mixed and cheese completely melts.
    Stir occasionally as it is cooking on low heat.
