Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts and raisins (optional)
Preparation

Put oil, zucchini, eggs and vanilla in blender.
Blend thoroughly, then put in a large mixing bowl.
Beat sugar into blended mixture, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour in a loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
