Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugar, salt, lemon rind, flour and cornmeal thoroughly.
    Beat eggs with spiral eggbeater thoroughly. Add melted butter, lemon juice and milk; mix well.
    Pour into pie crust (unbaked).
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
