Spicy Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, cut up
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 c. milk
    frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Stir in water.
    Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until chocolate melts.
    Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk; heat over low heat until mixture is hot.
    Beat with rotary beater until foamy. Serve in mugs or cups.
    Garnish with whipped dessert topping. Makes 6 servings.
