Wienerschnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    veal cutlets
    spices
    flour
    bread crumbs
    1 egg
Preparation
    Season veal cutlets; dip in flour.
    Next dip in beaten egg and last in bread crumbs (both sides).
    Fry on each side 5 to 6 minutes in hot shortening.
    Garnish with lemon slices (optional).
