Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
few salt grains
3/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. canned milk
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter; slowly beat in sugar and salt.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat briskly.
Blend entire mixture.
Pour into pastry lined pie tin.
Bake 10 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until custard sets, about 30 minutes.
Serve plain or with sweetened whipped cream.
Add pecan halves over top of pie.
