Mexican Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pt. canned tomatoes
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    1 c. sour cream
    chili powder to taste (I use about 4 tsp.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook sausage until almost done.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Cook until tender.
    Add tomatoes, milk and macaroni.
    Mix these, then add sour cream along with salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until mixture bubbles real good.
    Top with grated cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
    Melt cheese.
    (You can leave cheese and bread crumbs off, if you want to.)
