Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    1 pkg. smoked Polish sausage, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    3 to 4 dashes hot sauce
    1/4 c. green onion blades, sliced
Preparation
    Boil sausage and chicken until chicken is tender.
    Cook rice as box directs, but only half the time suggested.
    Add chicken, sausage, onions and hot sauce to rice.
    Stir.
    Cover and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes, over low heat, stirring occasionally. If desired, add extra seasoning to taste.
