Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (25.6 oz.) box nonfat dry milk
    1 lb. cocoa
    6 oz. nondairy cream (Cremora)
    1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Add 1/4 cup of mixture to 6 ounces of boiling water.
    Yields 50 (1-cup) servings.
    Great for camping.
