Microwave Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers, cut in halves
    1 lb. ground meat
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 c. onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    15 1/2 oz. jar tomato gravy
Preparation
    Mix the first 9 ingredients and fill in pepper halves.
    Pour sauce over peppers and cook on High for 25 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
