Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1 1/2 qt. cubed day old bread
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sage
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Place chicken cubes in oiled shallow baking pan.
    Top with a dressing made of remaining ingredients.
    This can be done the day before the dish is to be served.
    Make a thin gravy of 4 tablespoons chicken fat, 6 tablespoons flour and 1 quart chicken broth.
    Season to taste.
    Pour this hot mixture over dressing and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
