Kraut Salad Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can chopped kraut, drained
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 small green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) can or jar pimentos, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Toss ingredients together.
    Cover and chill 4 to 12 hours. Toss again and drain before serving.
