Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. or more crushed pineapple or nuts
Preparation

Put all ingredients in one bowl; mix well.
Place in slightly greased pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until cake springs back lightly.
When cool, pour icing over cake.
