Chopstick Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 - 3 lb. chicken
butter or margarine, melted
2 soup cans water
1 1 1/2 oz. envelope onion soup mix
1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Wash, dry, and cut chicken into serving-size pieces.
Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow baking dish, mix well.
Arrange chicken over rice mixture.
Brush chicken with melted butter or margarine.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 30 minutes longer, or until chicken and rice are tender.
