Easy Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix eggs, Wesson oil and vanilla, then add sugar and flour. Roll and cut or make balls and pat out onto pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
