Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 5 lb. beef tenderloin
    Kitchen Bouquet
    Dale's steak sauce
    fresh garlic
    salt
    cracked black pepper
    garlic powder
    can of consomme
    1/2 c. water
    cornstarch
    1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
Preparation
    Allow meat to get to room temperature.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
