Chinese Style Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil.
    Add rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
