Gingerbread Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (14 oz.) box gingerbread mix
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

In saucepan, combine sugar, juice and butter.
Bring to a boil.
Pour into 12 x 7 baking dish.
In mixing bowl, combine gingerbread mix, milk and oil; stir.
Drop by spoonfuls over hot syrup.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve warm.
