Fusilli With Chicken And Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 medium zucchini, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 medium yellow squash, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    2 medium red peppers, cut into 1 1/2-inch squares
    1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. each crushed fennel seed and dried rosemary
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. fusilli, rotelle or penne
    1/4 c. minced fresh basil
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix chicken, zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, salt, pepper, fennel seed, rosemary, garlic and oil in an ungreased 15 x 12-inch baking pan, then spread in a single layer.
