Herb Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. herb leaves or sprigs
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 bottle liquid fruit pectin
    1 Tbsp. butter
    few drops food coloring
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients and heat to a rolling boil. Add fruit pectin and heat to full rolling boil; boil one minute. Remove leaves.
    Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
    Seal immediately.
