German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
    4 c. chopped and peeled apples
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil.
    Add sugar slowly, then flour, mixed with dry ingredients.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    If using Pyrex, bake at 325\u00b0.
