Blushing Fruit Elegant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pear halves
    1 can cling half peaches
    1 (9 oz.) can pineapple slices
    1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 medium stick cinnamon
    4 to 7 cloves
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    few drops red food coloring
    1/2 c. cherry brandy
Preparation
    Measure juice from fruit and add water to make 2 1/2 cups liquid.
    Combine with Jell-O, spices, lemon juice and food coloring.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until Jell-O dissolves.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add brandy.
    Arrange fruit in a glass shallow 2-quart baking dish. Pour mixture over fruit and chill.
    Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
