Banana Split - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham crackers
8 Tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. soft margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. rum
3 to 4 bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large size Cool Whip
chopped nuts
cherries
mini chocolate chips
Preparation

Crumble graham crackers; mix with 8 tablespoons melted butter. Press into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Combine soft margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and rum; pour mixture onto graham crackers. Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
Split bananas and place on top of mixture. Drain pineapple and spread on top of bananas.
Next, spread Cool Whip.
Top with nuts, cherries and chocolate chips.
Refrigerate.
