Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    3 small cans tomato sauce
    16 oz. sour cream
    4 green onions, chopped
    10 oz. medium egg noodles
    1 tsp. garlic juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef in oleo.
    Drain.
    Add garlic juice.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add sauce, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
