Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
    1/4 c. water
    4 medium potatoes, peeled
    4 small carrots
    4 medium onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet over medium heat; drain off fat. Add water and vegetables.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover tightly.
    Simmer 1 hour.
