Spinach Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

2 (14 oz.) cans artichokes, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
