Smoked, Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chickens, halved (1/2 per person), rubbed with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
Preparation

Grill over charcoal until done, then place in a covered grill or smoker and smoke with hickory chips for 30 to 45 minutes.
Brush with the following glaze and place over coals again.
Repeat this glazing several times.
