Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 can mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Simmer 1 quart water, the chicken bouillon cubes, onion and chopped celery for 30 minutes.
    Add the carrots, potatoes and mixed vegetables; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Stir in the cream of chicken soup and diced cheese.
    Cook until cheese is smooth.
