Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Cut potatoes into small or medium size pieces.
Pour oil over potatoes.
Sprinkle soup over potatoes and stir to coat well.
Put into baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
