Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen squash
    1 carrot, grated
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until soft enough to mash.
    Add all ingredients except bread crumbs and 1 cup grated cheese.
    Mix 1 cup cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle on top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
