Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, baking power, cinnamon and pecans. (Set aside.)
    Beat eggs lightly in large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy; stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Spoon batter into well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Turn out on rack and cool.
